SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Every order is handmade and packed by me. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busier times, such as new drops, sales, markets, and the holiday season, processing may take 1-2 weeks. Pre-order items ship by the "ships by" date listed on the product page, and pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items.
How We Ship
We ship from Illinois, USA via USPS. Your shipping method and cost are determined by USPS postage rules and depend on the weight and thickness of your order.
Orders Under 2.0 oz: Untracked Stamped Letter Mail, $2.00
Orders that weigh under 2.0 oz and meet USPS letter mail thickness requirements ship in a stamped envelope for a flat $2.00. This includes most sticker, sticker sheet, and bookmark orders. This method does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to upgrade your order to a tracked service at no extra charge to you.
Orders Over 2.0 oz (or Too Thick for Letter Mail): USPS Ground Advantage, Tracked
Orders that weigh 2.0 oz or more, or that exceed USPS letter mail thickness limits, ship as a tracked package via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is calculated at checkout according to current USPS rates, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Untracked letter mail: [3-7] business days after shipping
- USPS Ground Advantage: [2-5] business days after shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or high mail volume.
Holiday Shipping
To arrive safely around Christmas, the order cutoff is December 15th. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the holidays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lightweight letter mail does not include tracking. Because of this, we are not responsible for delayed or lost untracked mail, and we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for untracked orders. Once an order is marked as shipped, it is in USPS's hands. For tracked packages, if your tracking says delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at [email].
Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email [email] as soon as possible, before your order ships. We can't refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time. Canadian shoppers: keep an eye out for updates from us in mid-November.

How long until my order ships?

How much is shipping?
Orders under 2.0 oz ship untracked via stamped letter mail for a flat $2.00. Anything over 2.0 oz, or too thick for letter mail under USPS rules, ships tracked via USPS Ground Advantage at current USPS rates, calculated at checkout.
Why doesn't my order have tracking?
Lightweight orders ship in a stamped envelope to keep shipping affordable. This service doesn't include tracking. If your order exceeds USPS letter mail limits, it ships as a tracked package, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.
My untracked order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Mail can occasionally be delayed. Please allow at least 3 weeks from the day your order shipped. Because untracked mail can't be traced, we aren't responsible for delayed or lost untracked mail and can't offer refunds or replacements for it.
What is your holiday shipping cutoff?
Please order by December 15th for your package to arrive safely around Christmas.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Canadian shoppers, we'll share updates in mid-November!
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Use CONTACT US FORM as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is processed, changes and cancellations aren't possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, use the CONTACT US FORM within [14] days of delivery with your order number and photos, and I'll make it right.
Are your stickers safe to put on water bottles?
Yes! Our stickers are laminated and water-resistant, so they're safe on water bottles. They are not waterproof, though, and their lifespan will wear down over time with use. To make them last longer, avoid harsh scrubbing, soaking, and the dishwasher, and hand-wash gently around them. (I have mine on my Owala!)
How are your stickers made?
Our stickers are printed on 100% vinyl sticker paper and laminated. They're water-resistant but not waterproof.
Where are your products made?
Everything is designed, printed, cut, and packed by hand at home in Illinois.
Do you take commissions?

Do you offer wholesale?
